ANTI-BRIBERY AND
ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY

Purpose

The Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy aims to promote ethical behavior and integrity in all aspects of our operations, grounded in both contemporary business ethics and biblical principles.

What is Bribery and Corruption?

Corruption involves improperly influencing or manipulating an

established business, legal, or governmental procedure in a dishonest,

fraudulent, or illegal manner with the aim of gaining an advantage or

benefiting oneself or others. This misconduct usually relies on bribery and

frequently involves exploiting a public or fiduciary role for personal profit.

 

Bribery involves offering, giving, or receiving something valuable to influence a person's actions or to reward them for past actions. This also encompasses kickback, which involve giving a payment to someone who assist in a transaction.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, directors, suppliers and representatives of Matt and Phoebe Production Inc.

Policy Statement

1. Integrity and Honesty

  • Policy: We commit to conducting all business activities with the highest level of integrity and honesty. We do not engage in or tolerate bribery or corruption in any form.

2. No Tolerance for Bribery

  • Policy: Offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting any form of bribe, kickback, or corrupt payment is strictly prohibited.

3. Fair and Transparent Practices

  • Policy: We strive to conduct all business dealings fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the law. All transactions must be accurately recorded and documented.

4. Conflict of Interest

  • Policy: Employees must avoid situations where personal interests could conflict with the interests of the company. Any potential conflicts must be disclosed to management.

5. Gifts and Hospitality

  • Policy: Accepting or offering gifts and hospitality is only permissible if it is reasonable, proportionate, and transparent. It should not influence business decisions or create a sense of obligation.

6. Reporting and Compliance

  • Policy: Employees are encouraged to report any suspected bribery or corruption. Reports can be made confidentially, and the company will investigate all claims thoroughly.

7. Training and Awareness

  • Policy: Regular training and awareness programs will be conducted to ensure all employees understand the importance of this policy and their role in upholding it.

Consequences

Any employee found to be in violation of this policy will face disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment and legal action.
